Product range
Monva produces three extra virgin olive oils from picual olives: Dominus, Valle Mágina, and Montabes. All three oils are produced - from tree to bottle - in the protected Denomination of Origin (D.O) called Sierra Mágina, and meet or exceed the following indications of superior oils:
- the oil is extra virgin oil
- the acidity is less than 0.4 percent
- the polyphenol, vitamin E, and oleic acid levels are high
Dominus
Dominus is a Sierra Mágina-qualified, unfiltered oil, with a very low acidity. Monva's top-of-the-range oil, Dominus was awarded second place in the competition for the 2004 Sierra Mágina D.O. Alcuza Prize, for the oil produced from the 2004 harvest.

Valle Mágina
Valle Mágina is a Sierra Mágina-qualified, filtered, extra virgin olive oil, which has a very low acidity and a high stability. It's considered oil for daily use, to keep at hand on the dining table.

Montabes
